Our client is a leading nationwide design and build construction company who offer professional & practical expertise covering the full project life cycle from concept to completion and every step in between.
Currently we are seeking a Sustainability Manager to provide, develop and implement strategy and lead cultural change. Your primary focus will be to work with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables relating to sustainability practice are communicated, embraced and achieved. You will be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong business acumen and experience working in the sustainable space.
Your new job:
Work with Executive Leadership team to develop and implement sustainability strategy
Lead cultural change, values and practices within staff, contractors/sub-contractors
Establish & maintain relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and thought leaders
Maintain accurate measures on internal performance
Lead projects to deliver step change improvements
Work with Marketing/Communications team to highlight activity internally & externally
Deliver detailed reporting to Board and Executive Leadership team
Who you are & what you know:
Ideally, you'll hold a relevant tertiary qualification
Commercial experience in a similar role
You'll have sound business acumen with ability to build and execute strategy
Outstanding relationship building skills and ability to engage, mentor and train
Motivated, goal driven to achieve key milestones
Excellent analytical skills
