In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support people to transition to independent living in the community.
You will assist people with day-to-day activities including accessing social and recreational groups, participating in community activities, education and employment, budgeting and welcoming clinical teams.You will work from a trauma informed lens, bring a calm, flexible personality and a can-do attitude.Your ability to remain optimistic and positive in challenging situations will support you to achieve optimal outcomes for the people we support.
Your communication skills will enhance your professional and friendly manner, while maintaining clear boundaries to provide an environment that supports the achievement of equitable outcomes for all.You will work as part of a motivated Team who are interested in wellbeing and sustainability and you will receive coaching and mentoring from a highly experienced Team Coach who leads the service.Role 1: Friday to Monday 7am– 15.30pm; 32 hours per weekRole 2: Tuesday – Saturday, 7am – 15.30pm; 40hrs per weekPlease indicate in your application which role you are interested in.You | MouWe are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery focused way.You must hold a current full drivers' licenceHold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain onePosition Description: LinkApplications Close | Ra Katinga: 21 April 2025.
