About the role
You will support adults who have a mental health diagnosis / alcohol or drug addiction to live well and independently within the community.
You'll be confident in carrying out daily recovery activities focusing on client strengths, be able to implement best practice interventions and rehabilitation strategies and support our service users to maintain and improve communication, behaviour, mobility and daily living skills as per the service users goal plan
You'll use your non judgemental attitude and belief to encourage clients to change and grow. This is an autonomous role, so excellent time keeping and strong professional boundaries are a must have.

The hours
This is a casual position - so no guaranteed hours and you choose when you are available to work from the shifts available.
Ideally you will have:
a mental health level 4 qualification or above (or equivalent), however if your passion for mental health / AOD addiction or working with youth and you're willing to commit to working towards a qualification then we would love to hear from you as we can offer you support around this
