Support Worker/Carer

This employer requires a reliable female to help with some personal cares and household assistance, mornings and/or evenings. Casual - Starting ASAP - Shifts to be confirmed with the employer. You will be required: Some meal and supper preparation Assist with transfers using a sliding board (there's no heavy lifting!). Help in daily duties including possible showering To help into bed and help change into bed wear, and also getting up in morning General house duties (vacuuming etc.)
The hours worked per week are negotiable but this can be talked over more with employer. There will be some weekend work.
The successful applicant would have strong communication skills, be a great listener of instructions, physically fit and have a good sense of humour. No previous carer experience is required. Please be aware that the employer has stated that she requires a female for the role, as you will obviously be helping with personal cares.
