Support Worker
Support worker required for primary school age child. This role includes going to pick up young person from school, spending time with them in activities at home, or taking them out into the community, eg going to the park. You may also be involved in preparing food, and supporting young person to have positive behaviours.Ideal applicant is a person who is kind, caring and has a genuine interest in young people. It is preferable that you have experience with children with disabilities such as Aspergers Syndrome, however not necessary for the right person.Hours of work are 2.45 pm to 5.45 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This position is in the Papanui area of Christchurch.Applicant needs to have a full drivers license, own car, and be willing to undergo security screening. You must also have a CV and referees available to check.APPLY NOW!Note: Start date is as soon as the security screening has been cleared.
