The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and development of our business capabilities, we require a skilled Support Technician to join our Customer Support team. The roles provides location flexibility with the option to work from home and travel to client sites.
The Role
To be a Support Technician within Resolve Software you will need to become familiar with the product code base, our customers business requirements, fit in with our existing development team and produce high-quality contributions for the product. Your main responsibilities will be the maintenance and third level technical support for multiple areas of the product.
Responsibilities of a Support Technician
Develop and maintain C# .NET desktop applications
Develop data communication solutions between MS SQL Server and Oracle
Cooperate with all levels of enterprise software users
Maintain and provide support to existing software applications with proficient knowledge of JavaScript
Assist in the monitoring/ development/ enhancement of Resolves Help Desk management system (CARE) ensuring Customer and Internal needs are addressed.
Communicate and prepare development documents
Experience using remote access technologies

Technical Requirements
Quick learning and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge in .NET and desktop application development
Familiar with source control tools and work within a team
Working knowledge in SQL Server and TSQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability of detailed development documentation
Perform well under work demands
