The position supports the wider team and is primarily responsible for delivery of premium hospitality services provided to Independent Residents.
You will assist the Village Management team to achieve efficient and profitable operations of the village.
You will also be providing a high standard of service to prospective and current Village residents.Some of the great things you will be doing:Be the first point of contact for Village residents and Assisted Living ServicesCoordinate the Wellness CentreSupport Residents as they transition into their new home at the VillageSupport the Village Leadership Team with day-to- day people and business systems administrationAssist with sales enquiries and pre and post sales processes About youCustomer service is at the heart of everything you do, as are your inherent people skills.
