Job Description: J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer support and satisfaction.3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed.5. Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns.6. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the support team.7. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term support strategies and goals. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.2. Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits.5. Excellent time management and project management skills.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.7. Knowledge of transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
