Job Description: Airgas is seeking a highly skilled Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and managing a team of support staff. This is a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service.2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.3. Develop and implement processes to improve customer support efficiency and quality.4. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.5.
