Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer who can provide IT technical support to all our client's customers in a timely and effective manner with a particular focus on radio technology and sensors. You will be providing first-line technical support and working closely with the development team.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/ engineering environment supporting consumer electronics.
Degree in Electrical, electronic engineering or Computer Science
Previous experience working on an IT help desk
Experience working with radio technology and sensors is beneficial
Programming experience would be nice to have
Experience in setting up web pages
Knowledge of assembling and testing of hardware devices
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
