Our dedicated team of four works cohesively to answer incoming calls and book times in our mobility calendar(s).We have nine building inspectors in our team, who complete inspections throughout the district.
They will also call through for your support and guidance from time to time.Beyond bookings, you will handle other administrative duties, including organizing incoming mail related to inspections and achieving code of compliance.
We use various systems and well-established processes, but each inspection has its own nuances, so being open-minded and flexible will help you succeed.About youWe are a small support team seeking someone who gels well with others, works hard, and takes pride in their work.
Prior building knowledge may set you apart but is not mandatory.To be successful, you will:Enjoy being on the phone for large portions of the day in a fast-paced environment,Have the ability to multitask and switch between tasks throughout your day,Be focused on learning from our audited procedure manuals and participate in updating/improving processes as required,Bring strong verbal and written communication skills,Have experience filing and working within complex databases,Be capable of managing your workload and prioritizing to achieve expected outcomes,Having local geography knowledge would be desirable.How to apply?We have many reasons why you'll love working here!
