About the Role
As the Supply Planner your key objectives will be achieving, improving and exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Global Supply Chain network
The successful candidate is an individual who is proactive and can drive process improvements. You will use your advanced excel skills and ERP systems knowledge to provide review and analysis of inventory and stock coverage. You will be a confident communicator who can partner with the wider business to facilitate the local S&OP review meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute procurement of finished goods from global suppliers
Participate and contribute to monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
Raise NZ transfers
Manage Supply Issues including Priority Receipts
Inventory Management & Reporting
Manage inventory to meet service level in a cost effective manner
Ensure detailed follow up of replenishment plan for product launch and promos
Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
Provide analysis on inventory and reconcile on main stock out issues or shortage risks
Consolidate purchase of forecasts (by month and year) in conjunction with Demand Planner
About you:
You have a Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
You can bring 2-3 years Supply Chain Planning experience
You have Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
You can bring Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
You have advanced Excel skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office
You describe yourself as a Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
You ideally have a APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or certification in progress
