Supply Demand Analyst

Opportunity to join a leading and well established telecommunications organisation for a six month contract role where you will be accountable for forecasting. The Demand Planner will be planning, analysing and interpreting data/ assumptions to consolidate demand plans. You will be responsible for forecasting activities regarding; build, rehabilitation, augmentation and activations.

This role is responsible for managing a small portfolio and driving weekly and monthly process and demand checks for the department.

Key responsibilities and duties include:Drive weekly and month demand planning cycle
Conduct routine forecast variation analysis (put forward recommendations to amend forecasts in alignment with demand drivers)
Ensure monthly dollarized forecasts are presented to the management team
Coordinate with the demand and planning team to ensure all demand decks are updated on time
Maintain and update demand plans
Review historical data drives, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and results

The ideal candidate will have/be:ERP demand planning tool experience (oracle ideally)Ability to analyse a situation and make recommendations
Demonstrated ongoing commitment towards customer service
Strong technical/computer skills
Extensive experience in demand planning
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead others through chang
Understanding of cross functional supply chain and supply planning
