As an independent organisation, we partner seamlessly with the District Health Boards, ensuring that critical services and products are available to hospitals with minimum fuss and with maximum efficiency.About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to join our Project Management Team, in supporting successful business change. As an integral part of our team, this role works with the business to analyse and evaluate the supply chain business needs, document scope and objectives and formulate requirements and recommendations to achieve business strategies, This role is responsible for pinpointing problems and improvement opportunities relating to core supply chain service projects, in order to maximise service, performance and quality outcomes.Responsibilities include:
Conduct analysis of supply chain functions and, system capabilities and operational issues, and document functional requirements and specifications.
Develop integrated solution analytics and project recommendations for incorporation into strategic decision making.
Contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate risk assessments in relation to supply chain to enable quality process improvement.
The development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain project initiatives, particularly in relation to systems and process comparability, compatibility and capability.
What we\'re looking for:You will be analytically driven, with a focus on continuous improvement to achieve strategic goals. To enable you to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who is adept and equipped with:Minimum 4 years Business and Commercial Supply Chain analysis experience using business analysis tools, project management experience is valuable
Working experience / exposure to Oracle is desirable
Excellent Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the capacity to manage relationships at all levels
MS Office and MS Project to experienced level and a good knowledge of project management methodologies
Proven knowledge of information architecture principles and methods
Strong interpersonal skills
Writing and presentation abilities
