Description
We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Director to lead and develop our hardware products and supply chain from end to end. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has built up and improved Supply Chain in previous companies and is looking for a new challenge.
You will have full responsibility in sourcing new products, planning, configuration and continuous improvement of existing products. Leading a team, you will be responsible for technical and development of hardware and manufacturing for EROAD products.
This position will act as a link with the R&D department, making recommendations for what technical features can be supported and delivering the final end solution.
This is an exciting and varied role and will be reporting directly to the VP Operations. You will be a self-starter and comfortable in leading and mentoring staff, whilst also driving new initiatives.
Who are you?
Extensive experience in Electronic distribution, engineering, product sourcing, procurement and planning.
You have in depth knowledge of B2B electronics supply chain
Familiar with analysis and leadership in processes related to document control, BOMs, ECOs, component management and lifecycle planning.
Deep understanding of product validation testing and QA/QC protocols.
Experience in the cross-functional process of introducing new products to market.
Strong stakeholder management, ideally in an international setting.

Proven experience in achieving and exceeding targets
Experience overseeing entire production processes and global supply chain
Knowledge of product testing and analysis: Knowledge of global certifications preferred.
Understanding of end to end Supply Chain Management process (scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfilment and reverse logistics)
Desirable
A strong technical background, especially within the Industrial Engineering space.
