Details of the offer

In this role you will be floating between the supply chain team, Customer service team and finance team as a support to all.
Client Details
Our client is a leading pet food supplier based in Melbourne CBD as well as many other places such as France and New Zealand.
Description
Duties -
Administration within the Supply Chain team
Updating supply lists
entering data - orders from buyers (costs and quantities)
Checking over documents
Assisting the Finance team and Accounts receivable/payable with administration
Assisting the Customer service team

Profile
Skills and Qualifications -
Experience with supply chain duties
At least 3 years customer service experience
Confident on the phone
Great/polite phone manor
Ability to work within strict time-frames
Experience with AP and AR
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
Confident with Excel - intermediate to advanced
Personable and approachable personality
flexible with working hours
