Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Responsible for Quality, speed, flexibility, and reliability of assigned commodities.Supports factory operations through fast resolution of supplier non-conformances, including short term containment, root cause identification, and long term, effective corrective actions.Work with cross functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues in a timely and systematic fashion.Ensure suppliers follow robust change management processes to maintain and improve product quality and production performance.Identify supplier related problems and improvement opportunities. Perform root-cause investigation, implement corrective actions improve supplier performance.Timely communication of supplier issues that affect product quality and delivery capability to the relevant stakeholders across the organization.Maintain lessons learned from various investigations to assist in development and sharing of best practiceActs as the internal expert on assigned commodities.
