Full equipment and uniform providedFull-time hoursSite based or mobileWe have opportunities for reliable Supervisors, both site based and mobile, to work hands-on leading teams to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be an excellent communicator and can demonstrate this as you work alongside your team each day.Supervisory experience is preferable along with experience within the cleaning industry. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty as these are both hands-on roles. These are also customer and client-facing roles, so you must have excellent customer service skills and be well presented, friendly and approachable.Shifts are as follows: Site based in Barrington:
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pmSunday 8am to 9pmMobile Supervisor:
Monday to FridayCore hours will vary day-to-day but remain within a 3pm and 11pm timeframe, depending on needs and tasks. Vehicle, fuel card and tools of trade provided in this role. Expect a minimum of 30 hours per week. Occasional travel across the wider Canterbury region will be required.Primary tasks include:
Full toilet and bathroom cleansEnsuring the consumables are well stockedDry and wet moppingDetailed cleaning of surfaces and edgesSpot cleaning windowsResolving issues and attending incidentsYou should:
