Our Pareora Primary Butchery department has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person interested in joining our supervisory team. The position reports to the Shift Supervisor Primary Butchery, and is critical in providing leadership to provide direction for the Primary Butchery operation, in accordance with the values, policies, goals and objectives of Silver Fern Farms, to achieve all operational objectives, ensuring production requirements are completed with maximum safety and efficiency.

The Supervisor Primary Butchery will be responsible for the hands on leadership of the primary butchery room, working with them to achieve all the aspects of a high quality production process. You will be supervising department personnel and monitoring product and processes to ensure quality, yield, customer and regulatory requirements are achieved.
