As New Zealand's only 100% farmer owned red meat co-operative, our aim is to maximize returns to our committed farmer shareholders and support them to operate profitable and sustainable farming systems.Our Mataura Plant has an urgent need for a Slaughterboard Supervisor to work night shift in the production team.
This is a permanent full-time position.
We are looking for a supervisor who will bring their passion for driving processes, creating teamwork, strong leadership and a can-do attitude to our high-performance team.As a supervisor, you will report to the department Senior Supervisor and be responsible for overseeing personnel and resources to ensure you meet production, quality and safety targets which in turn contributes to success of the department and our Plant.
This includes minimising wastage, compliance with best operating practices, and ensuring all plant and equipment is optimally operated and maintained.Alliance Group is a great place to work, and we are seeking applicants with experience in an FMCG environment, with a minimum of 1 year's Supervisory experience, a passion and drive for the operation of specialist plant and equipment, able to lead by example, with basic computer skills combined with good attention to detail, and a highly safety conscious approach to work.Ideally, you will be the type of person who likes to contribute to the growth and profitability of Alliance Group Ltd through diligent planning, leading, and coordinating the manpower resources, assets, materials, and production activities in the Slaughterboard department.
