We are looking for an on-to-it, positive person to join our core operations team. The primary responsibility of the job is to supervise a cleaning crew of about 12 people, looking after 16 sites through East and South Auckland. In addition, you will also be responsible for carrying out the cleaning for a selection of clients that you will chose. This is a hands-on role, so getting stuck in and leading by example is fundamental.

HOURS OF WORK
Expect to work 30 to 45 hours per week. Start times are flexible but most work will fall between the hours of 12pm an 8pm Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays as required. Evening and weekend hours depend on when you need to work alongside your team mates.

PAY
This role will pay somewhere between $20-$25/hr, depending on experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Important:
• Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
• Reasonably comfortable working on computers - Excel, Word, email, web apps.
• Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with your team and with clients.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
Valuable but not essential:
• Commercial cleaning experience, particularly technical work.
