Subway Shift Leader

Position: Shift Leader

Experience: Food service or hospitality experience essential, experience in a role at Subway is highly desirable
Subway is the largest quick-service restaurant brand in the world with over 43,000 stores globally. We are looking to recruit an experienced Shift Leader for our busy store located in central Christchurch. This is a full time role of 40 hours per week worked around the store's normal operating hours of 7am to 9pm, 7 days.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
*Have high customer service standards in order to provide exceptional customer service to our customers;
*Handle the day to day responsibilities in running the store;
*Have a mature outlook and the ability to be an effective, high level communicator with an exceptional customer service focus;
*Maintain compliance with Subway processes, health and safety regulations, as well as the Food Control Plan;
*Determine product mix and prep according to Subway guidelines and assist with maintaining inventories;
*Be an individual who is committed and flexible to do early starts and evening closes of the store. Candidates must be able to work weekends;
*Our stores are increasingly becoming busy so we need a fast, switched on, multi-tasking individual;
*Have your own transport;
*Working as a shift leader in Subway is a challenging role but highly rewarding;
