About the role
We are currently seeking an Energetic and Dynamic Client Manager to be part of our exciting wedding photography team. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to providing superior customer service and care to maximize customer expectations. You will be well presented, confident, results driven and committed to ensuring our customers feel comfortable at all times.
As the Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including team coordination, assisting sales and ensuring impeccable customer service in line with our company strategy and values. You will have the capability to introduce our service to potential clients thoroughly.
Your ability to engage with other team members and our external service providers is paramount to your success. A creative and supportive team will develop your career and progress you through the business.

Skills and experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years experiences in administration and customer services
Excellent communications in English

Ability to conclude the deal at first meeting

Quick learner and open to new knowledge
Exceptional administrative skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong self-organizational skills
Photography knowledge is a bonus but not essential
