Has great attention to detail and can demonstrate proven success within a similar role where high volumes of customer interactions don't faze you while learning and maintaining up-to-date understanding of all Wintec products and services.If you would like to join a dedicated and innovative team, apply now!The salary for this role will be up to a maximum of $65000, this will be dependent on skills and experience.The Student Recruitment Consultant - Front Facing is based at Wintec | Te Pukenga reporting to the Team Leader- Student Enrolment and Information Centre and will be responsible for:Providing expert advice and guidance to prospective students to help them meet their career and study aspirations.Assisting the Student Enrolment and Information Centre to meet and exceed key performance targets.Providing support and assistance to potential, current and past Wintec students through all mediums (phone, email, face-to-face).Providing efficient and customer focused service in an accurate and timely manner to external and internal customers.To be successful in this role you will have:An outgoing personality with a high level of customer service and a genuine desire to answer enquiries and solve issues for customers.The ability to quickly understand the needs of customers and how to respond to these.Self-motivation to own and carry out tasks in a timely manner both as an individual and within a team environment.Excellent attention to detail as well as knowledge of the Microsoft suite.An understanding of tertiary study and the needs of students at this level.As an inclusive and supportive employer, we value diversity and want to encourage anyone interested to apply, regardless of whether you tick all the boxes or not.We know that people from underrepresented groups and women particularly don't apply for roles if they're not a 100% match, but we're not looking for perfection, we're looking for potential.We want to see the real you in your application and welcome the real you on board if you come and work with us.
