Student Experience Liaison Officer

We currently have positions available in Palmerston North for highly motivated Student Experience Liaison Officers to join Te Paepoto - our Contact Centre, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. You will be experienced working in a customer-focused environment, with strong problem-solving abilities. You will also thrive in highly regulated environments, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. It is essential you have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong, client relationships and can demonstrate an ability to provide a prompt and efficient service to our customers.
