Job Description
Reporting to the Student Services Manager, this position presents the opportunity to play a key role in the success of our students, in NZ’s leading tertiary institution.
You will lead and provide operational leadership and management to a team of two highly skilled Student Advisors.
Key accountabilities for this position include, but not limited to:
Support the Student Services Manager to provide leadership of the development and implementation of efficient and effective systems.
Oversee the provision of high quality information and advice to new students, potential students and general visitors to the Faculty.
Provide staff leadership, management and mentoring.

Have excellent communication skills and pride yourself on delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
Proficiency in using computerised systems including reporting databases.
A bachelor’s degree or a relevant tertiary qualification.
