• Skilled in designing and facilitating workshop sessions with both internal teams and senior clients.

Skills
• Translate complex problems into simple opportunities that can be clearly communicated.
• Run creative briefing sessions that offer clarity and inspiration.
• Work closely with creative teams to turn the opportunities you have identified into ideas.
Learning
• Design the right process for the particular job that you're doing.
• Iteratively test and improve concepts throughout the creative process.
Leadership and Mentoring
Skills
• Work with clients to help them be champions of creativity and innovation within their

• Contribute to the evolution of the strategy practice within the agency.
