About us:
Recently under new management Strange's Lane. is on the hunt for some new recruits to join their team. The new operators are looking to breathe some fresh air into the lane starting by reopening Orleans.
Strange's Lane pays homage to the past, present and future of Christchurch in Strange's Lane this bar has it all. With loud music from local and international DJs every Thursday to Saturday and American diner style food offerings, this place is a must if you are after a fun late night out in the city centre.
We are currently searching for a Chef de Partie to work around 30 hours which will likely increase coming into summer.
About the role:
We're getting busier, and as such need some more help in the kitchen! We are currently looking to fill a Chef De Partie role. This role is ideal for a passionate, hard-working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in the kitchen. You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment, so great communication skills will give you instant bonus points. We’ll start you off one of our sections but soon you’ll know the ropes of larder, fryer, grill and more!
