We are currently looking for a Store Manager - Natural Health for our Barrington Mall store in Christchurch.
The hours of work are 35 per week, including one weekend day per 2 weeks: Week one - Tuesday - Saturday and week two - Monday - Thursday.
The Role You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of Store Operations and the Sales Team to achieve store and individual goals along with retail key performance indicators.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and coaching your team to succeed; Creating ongoing customer relationships through your skills and knowledge; Building sales through focusing on KPI performance; Working towards individual and group targets which have bonus benefits; Inventory and merchandising management.
