Your primary focus will be on generating sales, fostering community engagement, and establishing yourself as an ambassador for the Blue Illusion brand in Merivale. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: - Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service. - Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Community Engagement: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community. - Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
