Full time position with one weekend day
Duties & Responsibilities:Organisational skills are key to keep up with the growth of this business
Manage a small dedicated team ( roughly x2 direct reports at a time)Ensure the VM standards of the store are exceptional at all timesYou are love building relationships with your customers.
About You:Exceptional leadership skills and confidence working in a consultative environmentExcellent written, verbal and customer interaction to maintain loyal databaseWilling to work creatively to help customers purchase and to achieve the sales targetsInterest in homewares, gifts and fashion
