Store Manager We re looking for a driven selling manager who is keen to get out and sell as well as motivating the team to meet their targets Your focus will be on driving sales in line with targets budgets and promotional activity You will also develop the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from the first meeting through to installation With a strong brand and even stronger products you remember that Rhino living on our carpet we pride ourselves on delivering the best results to our customers and celebrating our success We re constantly developing new product and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology You will be an experienced Store Manager with your main focus on driving the success of your store from a sales operational and staffing perspective While maintaining the store and developing the team is key to the role you will also be responsible for delivering sales and meeting targets You will work to expand our customer base sales and service in the Central Auckland region through ongoing training and development of sales staff and the operations team including installers Key Responsibilities Provide leadership in sales activities and ensure the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets Oversee all operations ensuring all installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficiently Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets ensuring budget for the financial year is met Provide updated sales reports to the Head of Retail Responsibility for the store s overall P L and EBITDA Leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching mentoring and support for employee Build commercial sales this will involve commercial work including communicating with builders We have some of the best exclusive product ranges on the market backed by an incredibly strong brand As you will be leading the team it is preferable for you to have experience in flooring or a closely related industry We offer an extremely competitive salary excellent bonus structure company vehicle other tools of the trade as well as excellent staff benefits Do you want to be part of a genuinely exciting NZ brand Apply today
