About the brand
This general merchandise brand is seeking a sales and service focused leader with the ability to build strong relationships within the community. A value based business that supplies a no frills straight to the point bargain for their customer. With 13 stores across New Zealand this is a Kiwi owned and operated business that Values there people and their customers.

About the role
Manage a team of 20 staff and drive a positive and driven team. Analysing store profits, implementing and developing stock inventory, whilst also organising and developing in store Visual Merchandising. This is a highly autonomous role with alot of freedom when it comes to the operations within your store.

Skills and attributes required:
A minimum of 1.5 years of Store Management experience within a medium to large format retailer
Experience conducting performance reviews and staff succession plans
Experience driving the performance and sales of 10+ staff
The ability to demonstrate initiative and out of the box thinking
Experience with managing stock inventory within a retail store
Financial acumen and exposure to managing store P&L
What’s in it for you?
