You will be responsible for:
Coaching & leading the team to exceed sales targets
Managing rosters, recruitment & performance management
Visual merchandising & stock management
Leading the way with exceptional customer service & styling advice

You Will Have:
A fashion forward, outgoing & warm persona
Effective stock management & administration skills
2+ years experience in a Store Manager role with a fashion retailer
The ability to be a role model to a team of 5-8
