We are seeking a Store Manager to drive a superior customer service experience, and craft a culture of employee engagement that contributes to the store achieving agreed business targets. We know that retail is ever changing, so we'll expect you to explore new ideas, collaborate and innovate.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the financial performance of the store. To help you achieve this are your Assistant Store Manager, Sales Managers and your head VM, store receiver and support services leader. Your role is to set the direction required to enable great performance, and develop the same commercial focus in your managers, while ensuring company standards including compliance, retail disciplines and human resources are adhered to.
Thanks to your extensive experience in a senior store manager's role, you'll be a masterful motivator, and able to adapt your style to suit your audience. You will be able to provide examples of times you've set exacting but achievable goals and provided clear and encouraging feedback. Organisational skills are also key for your success, as is a true passion for unsurpassable customer service.

About you :
Extensive retail experience managing a large team, or in a multi-site/cluster management roleExperience with taking a team through change management and culture changeGreat organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlinesA passion for excellence in customer service and salesA proven history leading high performing teams to success in a sales environmentExceptional communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholdersA high level of strategic focus, and a strong skillset of commercial acumen
