Store Manager

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
A relevant qualification specialization in business, management or retail
Having at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute the above qualification, however, someone having both qualification and experience will be given preferences
Proven leadership, management, and sales skills preferably in a retail environment
Financial acumen to maximize business profitability
Ability to effectively lead a team and a can-do attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible working across 7 days would be great as we operate 24/7
Strong written and Oral English skills
Having LPG site trainer certificate and First aid certificate is a greater advantage
Few of your tasks include as below:
Develop and implement store marketing plans and setting KPI’s
Ensuring high level of customer service is provided to all customers
Develop and monitor store labor budgets and man hours
Formulating and regular review of merchandising activities, authorizing clearance sales, studying trends, and determining additional needed sales promotion.
