As a Restaurant Manager at Dominos you will:
· The manager is responsible for all the functions of the restaurant. This includes planning for, and addressing, unforeseen problems as they may arise.
· PIan for delays in deliveries of inward goods and products, malfunctioning of machinery and other equipment.
Direct the activities of team members to make the most effective contribution to the Store operation by allocating defined responsibilities to each employee and monitoring performance.
Ensure that controls and procedures necessary to protect the safety of employees and customers, company funds, property, and plant are maintained by all employees on any shift under supervision.
Ensure product quality, Customer service and speed of service standards are met during all the shifts.
Ensure food and safety checks are conducted as per the requirements.
Ensure ACE standards are followed throughout the shifts
Budgeting, maintaining records and inventory-
· Conduct sales forecasts and profit and loss analyses in order to maximize profits. · Record financial transactions. · Maintain inventory and stock levels and order products when needed. · Maintain a record of actuals vis targeted incomings and outgoing for each month and ensure that the budget is achieved.
Experience, Qualification, Licence, other requirements:
· Skill in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating employees as well as, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and providing or organizing training and development. · Flexible to work at normal days, late nights, weekends, as per required by business operation. · Diploma to Degree Qualification in Business Studies or Hospitality preferred. · Minimum 2 years of relevant Management experience in fast food industry. · Food Safety 167 & 168 not essential but will be preferred.
