What's the job?
Reporting to and working with the Head Of Retail, you will be integral to the success of this popular store.
As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind store operations and sales.
With full responsibility for running the show, you'll motivate your team, create stylish displays, and ensure every customer walks away with the perfect outfit.
Whether you're helping a businessman find the ideal shirts for everyday or a traveller pick up a new wardrobe essential, you'll lead the charge in delivering top-notch customer service and hitting those sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Performance: Hit those achievable sales targets and lead your team to success.
Customer Service Excellence: Be the expert in menswear, ensuring every customer leaves looking sharp and feeling confident.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your small but mighty team, making sure everyone is on their A-game.
Visual Merchandising: Create enticing displays that showcase the latest gear and inspire customers to buy.
Sole Charge: Take full ownership of your store, making quick decisions and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For: Retail Leadership Experience: You've got proven experience in retail management – preferably in menswear or fashion.
Sales Savvy: You know how to hit targets and inspire your team to do the same.
Passion for Menswear: You live and breathe menswear fashion and love helping customers find their perfect fit.
Leadership & Energy: You've got the energy to motivate a team and the leadership skills to back it up.
Sole Charge Confidence: You're cool under pressure and thrive in an independent, sole charge role.
Customer-Centric Attitude: You know how to build relationships and make customers feel like they're your top priority.
