As a Stock Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience.
Your responsibilities include receiving and replenishing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
Participate in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing ideas to achieve shared goals.
Support and train new and existing team members.
Operational Excellence: Receive and process deliveries efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper stock storage.
Replenish stock and maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness and store standards through daily housekeeping tasks.
Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with customers and understand their needs.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand enthusiastically and professionally.
Sales & Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets with the team.
Support management in identifying growth opportunities.
