Stock Support (Waikato)

Evo Cycles is the leading bicycle retailer in New Zealand with 16 specialist bike showrooms throughout the country. We currently employ over 190 crew who live for and love bikes. Last year we opened 5 new showrooms and already this year we have opened Queenstown, Mount Wellington, Nelson and recently Orewa.

We are seeking someone to assist in Stock Support; ensuring accuracy and accountability of Evo inventory.
The role is based out of our Hamilton Support Centre, working full time Monday to Friday with most days spent in between all our Waikato Showrooms.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all Crew are trained across all aspects of inventory
- To embed a culture of stock accuracy and responsibility through support, help and guidance
- Maintain the negative stock report weekly, ensuring issues are resolved and constant improvements are being provided
- Manage the more difficult stock tasks e.g. warranties and ensure all stock actions are being completed, e.g. weekly bike stocktakes, and open orders are closed and processed.
- Provide a weekly report to highlight, opportunities and threats
Leader of the stock takes within your region and further if required
- Develop processes / practices amongst the Stock Support team to ensure EVO’s stocktakes are as efficient and effective as possible.
- Minimum quarterly stocktakes per location, providing analysis of results and ensuring actions are taken to continuously improve the process and accuracy.
- Be flexible and involved in projects as and when they occur
