Parkview station is located on the northern boundary of the Raglan harbour,consisting of 787 hectares,rolling contour and excellant infrastructure.
The property runs weaner steers and yearling bulls on a rotational grazing regime to grow out for the prime meat market.
The Stock managers position is that of a working manager responsible for the day to day running of the farm, have the ability to motivate and inspire the other farm staff to achieve the goals set for the farm business.
The position requires the stock manager to bring
good communication skills as well as have the ability to manage the Nait records,H&S monitoring plus Farm assurance audits.
The stock manager would be required to show initiative
to adapt to new ideas and some old ones in farming,all within a supportive environment.
Accommodation available, with primary school bus within 2kms and secondary bus 10kms.
The successful applicant will be interviewed and on selection to a shortlist the salary package will be discussed.
