Description The Manager is responsible for, though not limited to, the efficient running of store operations to maximize sales and minimize costs, be a competent leader, and team player, with an eye for opportunity and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive outstanding customer experience by coaching and leading by example Drive a team member customer-centric sales delivery process with every interaction Drive customer experience through aiming to resolve all customer queries and complaints within 24 hours, or escalate within the appropriate time frame Clear communication of sales and store goals and standards Developing and understanding capability of all team members and working in conjunction with AM on any training needs Utilize time with new team members to develop and instil all processes, policies, and values to a high standard. Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets and KPIs Effective rostering and utilization of team resources Ensure stock inventory is managed through correct delivery procedures, stocktake, negative stock procedure, and cycle counts Ensure store compliance to Marketing Bulletins Store expense management Accountability for daily/banking reconciliations including follow up of any banking discrepancies promptly Monthly analysis of store P&L’s to ensure that every profit-generator and cost-center is reviewed to maximize results Key requirements
Relevant Tertiary Qualification Flexibility is important as you may have to work weekends Be fully committed to exceptional customer care and after service care Good computer skills Strong commercial awareness
