The Senior Recruiter and HR Manager will provide operational support and leadership in all areas of Human Resources and recruitment.
This integral role will be the main point of contact for Managers and Employees alike for any guidance and advice on HR related matters, as well as being the main driver for our HR policies and practices.
In equal measure this role is responsible for the full-life-cycle recruitment process, following best practice to ensure our growth is in alignment with our technical and cultural requirements.
Duties include, but are not limited to, all areas of employee relations, performance management, and employee benefits and compensation administration for Enphase in New Zealand.
The Senior Recruiter and HR Manager is self-motivated to find top talent to assist the company in meeting its strategic goals and develops strong working relationships with management and employees to build and maintain the integrity of the HR department within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting from defining roles and strategizing recruiting plan, to active sourcing and determining fit (skills & culture fit), to extending offers and closing candidates (use a blend of active sourcing and review of incoming applications).
Partner with various business leaders and hiring managers in driving the hiring forward. Be a soundboard and remove roadblocks as needed.
Continually develop and reassess our overall recruitment strategies.
Works collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment
Responsible for ensuring personal / professional information is accurate and maintained
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with New Zealand laws and practices.
Advise and assist on corrective action matters and providing direction to management staff and team members
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and people processes
Performs all other HR duties as needed and/or assigned by your reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Minimum 8 years in a human resources capacity: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits admin, compliance
Full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience sourcing candidates
Enthusiastic and engaging, highly-effective communicator
