Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coach and counsel leaders in progressive discipline, employee relations, and legislative matters.
Support the HR Manager in creating and providing relevant HR training to employees.
Monitor and support the development of a positive attendance management program.
Conduct investigations and mediate resolutions for parties in conflict.
Coordinate the Concern Resolution Process and record keeping.
Remain current and report on changing legislation, jurisprudence, and practices.
Participate in the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
Participate and coordinate company activities, including opinion surveys, focus group activities and employee recognition events.
Qualifications
Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management with a minimum of a CHRP designation with at least 7 years’ direct experience in employee relations or related education and experience.
Possesses strong working knowledge of applicable legislation, jurisprudence, and practices.
Must be flexible to support a 3 shift operation when required.
Demonstrates strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
