You'll work across community and outpatient settings to support people and whanau in improving health outcomes.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working in partnership with other departments and service providers to develop creative solutions for complex cases.
This role offers opportunities to develop skills in Community and Outpatient Speech Language Therapy.About the Team/Service/LocationEngage Community Allied Health employs around 50 staff including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Speech Language Therapists, Clinical Nurse Specialists – Gerontology, Allied Health Assistants, Administrators, and our Fracture Liaison Service.
