Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
As the Specialist Operations Manager you are responsible for providing oversight and guidance to a range of specialist bankers and credit assessors to deliver products and programmes focused on financial inclusion. You will also :
Ensure appropriate support, training and professional development is in place for teams to deliver on specialist nature of various roles
Maintaining strong and collaborative working relationships with a range of community partners, key external stakeholders and all levels of the internal business
O Pukenga | About You
You'll be a strong team player who will bring strong stakeholder management and implementation skills. You will also have :
5+ years lending and credit experience, with an in-depth understanding of lending principles, credit assessment and financial analysis of budgets
Project management and process improvement, good understanding of consumer lending legislation
Design, planning and implementation of financial wellbeing initiatives
