Key Responsibilities:
Develop a virtual network for learning solutions across IAG that supports people to navigate to guilds, yammer and social groups and communities of practice.
Co-create with the leads across various communities including guilds, yammer and other special interest groups to ensure that new starters receive a warm welcome and introduction to their new virtual communities
Design and create interactive virtual solutions for driving learning capability across the virtual learning ecosystems and utilise multiple platforms to connect IAG people
Research new and innovative solutions for learning design and deployment
Utilise face to face delivery, WebEx / webinar integration, social learning, peer2 peer ecosystems and other contemporary innovations.
Design solutions that accommodate IAG's geographically remote and diverse workforce
Reduce and integrate disparate programs, courses, outcomes and behaviour changes into single programs integrating knowledge management integration to create a 'Google like source of truth' experiences
Skills & Experience:
7 + years' experience working in multimedia, multi-channel, digital environments
Proven ability to design online, multi-channel (social media, mobile devices, virtual facilitation and virtual classroom multi modal delivery solutions)
Skill and knowledge across a range of adult learning and student-centered learning theory and the ability to apply within learning solutions
Proven experience working within different content authoring systems
Proven experience idesigning solutions which incorporate ROI, learner competence measurement, tracking to support industry compliance, regulation and internal standards of competence
Proven experience in integrating 'on-brand tone, language and customer centric strategies within learning solutions
Tertiary qualification in Graphic design and or Technical writing and or Adult Learning
