In this role you will:
mentor and lead a dedicated team of enthusiastic ITprofessionals
be part of our team working with a wide variety ofstakeholders and customers to ensure that Application Services deliveries areachieved to the highest standards
support and participate in the delivery of serviceimprovement initiatives to ensure fit for purpose functionality and performanceof all application environments
be robust in your processes, experienced in technology andinnovation and passionate about achieving great customer outcomes every day
experience in working in an environment with challengingprojects and ensuring maintenance of a large portfolio of clinical and non-clinicalapplication environments
a resilient IT professional who is a self-starter and has experiencein motivating staff, clients and vendors in software solution implementationand the use of related architectures, policy and standards development
proven experience of technology leadership, planning andanalysis with a strong knowledge of resource management
a positive attitude who empowers people with a relentless‘can do’ attitude and brings a broad base of IT experience, and a strong focuson customer experience / outcomes
strong experience in application lifecycle implementationand management
experience in embedding IS business change and ongoingstrategic business development
strong service improvement ethos
