The RoleThe Spa Receptionist welcomes guests in a warm and professional manner and is responsible for providing the wow factor to ensure the service is seamless. As the first point of contact for our guests, we are looking for someone friendly and approachable who can be our Millbrook brand ambassador. The spa has seven spacious treatment rooms, and our team of spa experts deliver outstanding bespoke and tailored treatments. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering consistent five-star service.
