About the job Our corporate support roles are an important enabler of our business success. The Regional Administrator is a key part of this team and contributes to positioning TPG to run as an efficient, effective and professional business. The focus of the role is on providing effective administration and office support to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the South Island, and the delivery of national services to TPG clients. The Regional Administrator provides support in administration, marketing, people initiatives, events, and office management to the South Island team. This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Christchurch. You will support the team through: High quality administration and support to South Island team and offices Answering calls, directing enquiries, welcoming clients, and other general business and admin processes Coordinating and maintaining office supplies and equipment Formatting and preparing quality documents Supporting consultants with our financial management system (NAV) and other project management processes - setting up new jobs, setting up client, debtor management and project folders Supporting the South Island General Manager and leadership team with quality administrative support as required Travel and event support Coordinating travel arrangements for the South Island team, and supporting the wider business when required (with support from our travel management system CTM) Scheduling and facilitating meetings, including catering when required Leading or assisting with event management, including client functions and office/region events Supporting and implement wider business initiatives, such as wellbeing and fundraisers. Administration team support Working collaboratively with the national administration support team to assist with workload as needed Contributing to the provision and continual improvement of quality administration support services nationally across the business, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Corporate support Assisting the People and Culture (P&C) team with the onboarding and offboarding of employees Assisting the IT team with new employee set ups, general IT maintenance, basic IT assistance for meetings Providing a problem-solving, constructive approach to the changes and challenges of the business. We need someone who has relevant experience in a team support and administration role. You'll have a proven track record of managing and prioritising a varied workload, a knack for simple and efficient processes, and a savviness with Microsoft Office and other modern technology.
